Which papers should I do?

All of them. Papers marked Timezone R are the ones sat in the UAE, the wider Gulf and Asia-Pacific — but both versions cover the same specification to the same standard, so every paper is good practice. Only use the grade boundaries published for the paper you actually marked, since they differ between variants.
